Ambergris is a substance came from a sperm whale’s digestive organ which is barfed out of pooped. This is gross and has foul smell at first, but with continuous exposure to sunlight, sea water and many more natural occurrence, it hardens, and will create a natural pleasing smell. This can prolong the life of a scent. In 2005, a fragrance was created with ambergris as the main ingredient and a bottle was worth $11,000.
